Nyssa was the inspiration for Carpenter's Mark, which originally was intened as a prequel until it diverted into its own separate history and storyline. Here we also see Estus Arrenkyle through the eyes of his adopted daughter Nyssa, as he continues the struggle between dominance and freedom of mankind in the face of world shaking secrets.
